Maryanne and Yasmine
Maryanne has a new elderly client named Yasmine, who is Lebanese. Yasmine does not speak much English but can understand common words. Normally her daughter, Mia, is present to translate for Yasmine.
Mia is running late. Maryanne has a lot to do and decides to go ahead and explain to Yasmine what support she is going to be providing her today. Yasmine speaks in Lebanese to Maryanne and says Mia's name. Maryanne becomes frustrated because she is short on time and cannot wait for Mia to arrive.
