Problem regarding metabolic energy system

Discussion response to this awesome post as 53 year old giving it her all in the gym, For the last year, I have followed a progressive program specifically targeting my metabolic energy system. Spark: Working with a partner to help spark each other's motivation. This is a full body workout hitting all the major muscle groups. Erupt: Tabata style type of workout which consists of fast movements to increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, and can help you burn more fat. Strength: Geared around full body lifting and strength while pushing you to your limit. Create the foundation for a strong and powerful physique.
