Problem: I suspect that the main reason there are numerous disputes in our society is that we have the opportunity to select our beliefs. It would be simple to get alongside everyone else if we were all citizens of a single religious community. We have the choice to decide not to harbor affection for those around us. Having said that, a really great country would not harbor animosity toward any of its citizens.
What would a good response to this be regarding conflicts with religion and why it happens so often?
