Problem:
William is the CEO of Rockstar PR ("Rockstar"), a public relations agency. Terri interviews for a position as an account representative at Rockstar. After three rounds of interviews, she is one of the finalists. William conducts the final interview. During the interview, William flirts and compliments Terri on her looks. At the end of the interview, he tells her, "I can't wait to hire you so we can get to know each other a little better." Terri is offered the job but doesn't accept. Terri though is so disgusted with William's behavior during the interview; she sues him and the company for sexual harassment. Does Terri have a case? Why or why not?
