Problem on riding on the multispeed bicycle

While riding on the multispeed bicycle, the rider can choose the radius of the rear sprocket which is fixed to the rear axle. The front sprocket of a bicycle consists of radius 11.5 cm.

When the angular speed of the front sprocket is 0.650 rev/s, determine the radius of the rear sprocket for which the tangential speed of a point on the rim of the rear wheel will be 4.50 m/s? The rear wheel consists of radius 0.310 m.
