He informs CM that his wife and him both were sober, until they had some Champaign, everything was okay and he was drinking responsibly. His Spouse took bit of a turn. They attended baby shower. He drank and Mid-January they both relapsed. Member had to call ambulance for his spouse. Both battling alcoholism. Member relapsed last week. Member is on Naltrexone for curving urges and gabapentin for anxiety. f/u with PCP early March. He is requesting for a therapist for helping and guiding. GC assessment completed and Mental Health assessments completed with member. Member denied any personal safety concerns. He states he has More than half day's depression symptoms: unemployed for a while, thinks alcohol was part of the problem. Mindset is not focused on supporting his wife. Felt targeted at work. Member states he needs to please everyone else instead of himself and feels stuck. Tries to take care of everything at home but seems a battle everywhere he goes. Lack of interest in exercising, states he is getting out of the apartment, but does not hang out with friends, trying to find quiet and peace. Seems that he is on an island.
