The Ethics Code contains standards with respect to issues of cultural responsiveness, diversity issues, and awareness of personal biases and challenges (1.07 and 1.10.) Not only are these topics important for behavior analysts with respect to their personal behavior, but they also directly apply to the behavior of their supervisees. Therefore, supervisors are required to address these topics as part of the supervisory process (4.07).
