I want to fire a person for absolutely no reason, I think that keeps the other employees on their toes, is that ok? Discuss the concept of "at will" employment making sure to outline and explain protected categories and (BFOQ) bona fide occupational qualifications. 

In addition, how would you as the head of HR handle a situation where a female employee comes in to your office and informs you that another employee was calling them "Dot" The female employee is Hindu and is upset because they believed this nickname was in reference to the ornamental mark on her forehead known as "bindi,"( also sometimes called-'tika', 'pottu', 'sindoor', 'tilak', 'tilakam', and 'kumkum'), the bindi is a round mark made on the forehead as adornment.
