Each expert will address the following in each sub topic
-Problem (Issues that the public is facing that this technology will have a profound effect on)
-Context (Overview of what it is, what it does, why it will help, who this helps, etc.)
-Architecture (How its made, the build, the make up)
-Current Best Available Technology (I am assuming safely tested and for the public)
-The State of the Art (Best overall, but not necessarily available, In very early stages of development).
