2) Solutions presently implemented: Describe how the issue has been addressed historically. Find out the courses of action taken in science-technology, political and economic systems, laws and regulations, community-based initiatives, education and so on. Review the successes and limitations of such actions.
3) Recommendations: Describe the actions which you believe need to be developed and implemented to accomplish change. Describe your solution from multiple perspectives, like educational, legislative, scientific, technological, economic and other view points.
