Problem based on trial for robbery

Discuss the below:

Q: The police suspected that Albert was the person who robbed the neighborhood bank last week. They broke into Albert's home when he was at work, without a search warrant. While they were in his home they found notes and a map that suggested that Albert had recently buried something. Following the map and the directions in the notes they drove to the local park shown on the map and dug up a large metal box containing the money stolen from the bank. Albert is now on trial for robbery, and the prosecutor has moved to admit the money into evidence. Should Albert's attorney object? If so, on what grounds?
