Problem: Method Participants The sample ( N = 490) consisted of New Zealand parents of an Autistic child, with data collected between June 2022 and September 2022. The mean age of participants was 45.3 years ( SD = 9.5), the majority were female ( n = 432), most identified as European ( n = 383) compared to Maori ( n = 47), and the majority had a university degree ( n = 259). Participants reported that their Autistic child was more likely to be male ( n = 371), and that over half were diagnosed by a paediatrician ( n = 282). Of note, approximately half of the children were diagnosed with ASD at ages less than five years, and approximately half of children were diagnosed with ASD at ages greater than or equal to five years. Table 1 provides a comprehensive participant and child profile for the variables included in the Network Analysis. Ethical approval for this study was obtained (Auckland University of Technology Ethics Committee: 21/218). Need Assignment Help?
