Problem:
With some of the sites we've talked about -- ebay, paypal etc., comes a new form of protection. As an ebusiness or as a consumer, what concerns do we need to have to protect ourselves? When the auction was live or our payments were more material, we could control our gains and losses a bit more but now with the web, what's to stop us from getting taken on either side of the fence -- that is as we buy or sell?
