Problem based on negotiating salary and incentives

Problem: You are applying for a job as a manager and you are at the point of negotiating salary and incentives (NOT BENEFITS). Google the company or organization that you are interested in perhaps working for in the future (Hotel or Restaurant) and check out their careers page or a job posting for an open position they have. See what information the company or organization has listed for what incentives they provide to employees.  "Describe" which company or organization you investigated and describe what (if any) information was listed there about incentives for that organization. Then, "list" what questions would you ask your prospective employer concerning incentives? Finally, "describe" the incentives package you would try to negotiate for yourself (and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of your choice). HINT - incentives are not the same thing as benefits, so you should not list things like insurance or vacation days.
