During the OBA module you will be asked to undertake a number of activities, to engage with a number of theories and models, and to undertake aspects of group work during which time you will collect and assess data about yourself and colleagues in your team In addition you will consider aspects of organization, which will necessarily be selective, but which will allow you to gain insights into broader organizational issues

The assessment is through a report entitled 'How I will apply the theories, models, experiences, data and ideas from the OBA module in my future work?'

You should provide all the data that you have collected about your team. and yourself, and through presenting it show how it has informed your understanding of yourself It you do not provide this data then you lack an evidence base for your report and are likely to fail the assignment This to an extent. Provides the basic 'self-awareness pat where you apply the module's ideas to yourself. You will then be able to build on this to show how in concrete terms you will take this forward to the future
Do be as specific in your report as you can be. Though the timescale is up to you do need to use the ideas covered here. And perhaps others (e g 08 DM etc) that have read about, for example it may be that you are keen to use ideas of learning or personality in a project team or perhaps flexible working during the internship/project a few months time. Or even ideas of organizational politics in two years time. or notions of individuals differences in a senior leadership team which you aspire to, or of (for example) It's entirely up to you.
