Problem based on four pulleys

There are a total of four pulleys. One pulley is on the 20 degree mark with 90 gm (grams per meter) over it. Another pulley is on the 140 degree mark with a total of 250 gm over it. The third pulley is on the 220 degree mark with a total of 150 gm over it. The final pulley is on the 337 degree mark with 230 gm over it. All four of these pulleys achieve equilibrium, meaning they balance each other. Question: Could all four of the pulleys as stated be placed in the same quadrant OR in two adjacent quadrants and still be in equilibrium? Explain. I'm a little confused by this question. I'll be sure to give a good rating to whom ever gets the correct answer and explains it.
