Problem based on formulating a good research question

Assignment task:

Formulating a good research question is a "fundamental step in any research study because they indicate what the study is about and convey its essence" (Dube, pg. 333). The appropriate research question answers the ultimate question of "why and how" is this disease, injury, or illness occurring. After asking the question, researchers have a guide on how their research is headed. The underlying purpose of posing the right research question is to leave those seeking answers hoping that change is on the horizon.
