Problem about the average chondrites parent body

Problem: Does this sound correct. An average chondrite's parent body usually never have a magnetic field as it was too tiny and never melted inside.  The dynamo effect is the process that allows liquid metal moves in the core of a planet or asteroid which can generate a magnetic fields.  But many chondrites originate from undifferentiated asteroids, therefore they will nevver be hot enough to split into layers similar to a metal core and a rocky mantle.  Without a molten metal core, they could not generate a magnetic field.
