As we all know we have an on-going PI nursing project IMM (independent Medication Management). In addition, we also have ongoing A3 application that requires quarterly report.
Other than tracking the new patients, discontinued patients and discharged patients, the A3 process also requires information that shows both improvements, and challenges of the PI project. Need Assignment Help?
Upon review in the CPC tracker some units have not yet updated the tracker since April. Please, updated the tracker as soon as possible for I need to update quarterly report for April to June.
