She looked stressed and exhausted and sad . She said she has been very stressed lately and struggles with increased anxiety. She said she got into a big argument with her brother and his brother told him he never wants to every speak to her and this has really been eating up her mind. She said she thought she would be stronger with her other brother after they her other brother died two years ago but it has been chaotic instead. She said her other two brothers too have not been talking to her for a while. She said the stress caused her to smoke weed some days ago and it let to her having a panic attack and her family was so mad at her because she smoked. Her sleep is soso and appetite she lost 50lbs so far on her weight lost journey. Hydroxyzine has not been effective which has forced her to use Clonazepam more. She needs more help with anxiety. And panic attacks. She wants the Hydroxyzine d/c. which anxiety medication can be used. She verbalized ineffectiveness with PRN clonazepam 0.5mg and she was forced to take an additional dose of Clon.
