Question: For the action research project, I chose the topic of "employee retention rates"- specifically about them being abnormally higher. First of all, this problem is significant to me because I work in HR so I am dealing with the resignations and processing of them, so it affects me and I want to figure out WHY. The organization is losing money by constantly hiring and training new employees since people are not being retained at the company.
