Probability that you will find both spaces

Your start up company (in this era of dot-com) has 12 employees and 12 parking spaces arranged in a row. Assume that on any day, ordering of the 12 cars are equally likely. What is the probability that you park next to the CEO. What is the probability that there are exactly 3 cars between yours and the CEO. Suppose that, on some given day, you park in a space that is not one of the ends of the row. As you leave your office, you know that exactly 5 of your co-workers have left before you. Assuming the you know nothing about where these co-workers have parked, what is the probability that you will find both spaces on either side of your car unoccupied ?
