Probability that an item

A consumer survey is trying to assess how much "bad food" is being purchased. "Bad foods" are categorized into two types: high fat (Type I) and high sodium (Type II). It is found that 40% of items purchased are either Type I or II or both. The proportion of all items classified as "not high fat" is twice the proportion of all items classifed as "high fat". The proportion of all items classified as "not high sodium" is three times the proportion of all items classified as "high sodium". Calculate the probability that an item is both high fat and high sodium.
