Amounts of nicotine in cigarettes have mean of .952 grams and standard deviation of .33 grams. The manufacturers claim that they've reduced the amounts of nicotine in their products. You do a survey and find out that 50 cigarettes have mean nicotine of .893 grams. Suppose that the mean and standard deviation of nicotine in cigarettes haven't changed. Determine the probability of randomly selecting 50 cigarettes with a mean of .893 or less. Would you agree with the manufacturer's claim?
