Use evidence and argument to argue the position that pro bono legal services should not be mandatory for lawyers. In doing so, make sure to address the merits of the counter argument as well: that pro bono should be mandatory but in the end make the persuasive case it should not be mandatory backed by evidence. Use academic articles, and if applicable, case law and statutes (Federal/provincial/municipal government).
