Using the assigned case from your book, write an analysis of the organization using the criteria below. You can use the company's web site to for any additional information, but it must be cited correctly. I have broken the case down into two parts as to not overwhelm you and to get it right, not just done.

Part 1: Determine these in rough/outline form.

It should be detailed enough to write a final paper from it.

• Mission, vision, values and leadership

• Relevant facts in the case

• Current strategy

• Customer value proposition

• Tools needed to analyze the company

Part 2: Final paper

Using the outline, discuss the outcomes of your analysis. The paper at this point will likely change some from the original outline once you have completed the actual analysis. For example, you may have documented in part one that the company started in Michigan, but once you completed a tool called a competitive matrix, you determine it is not important and take it out of the relevant facts section.
