Imagine you have been hired by HMHS to assess the organization and generate solutions to solve an identified problem. A presentation is needed to identify the core issue and discuss your recommendations.

2. Elaborate on the problem.

4. Identify three alternatives to address the problem you identified.

6. Explain why each alternative is a feasible choice for NHMS.
7. Choose one of your three alternatives as your recommendation to NHMS and bullet the main reasons why you have selected this alternative.

9. Identify how NHMS will measure the results.
10. Explain a means of evaluation that NHMS can use. Describe the process that will need to be in place to determine whether or not the strategy helped resolve the problem.
