Consider an area in health care in which you work or are interested in working. Examine the dynamics of the interprofessional team (physicians, nurses, physical therapists, social workers, health care administrators, etc.) in that setting.
In a 1,000-1,250-word paper, explain how communication and collaborative strategies can be applied to ensure respectful interactions and to prevent or address potential issues among the team in that health care setting. Include the following:

2. Explain what strategies you would use as a health care leader to ensure qualities of professional communication in your health care setting.
3. Explain how qualities of professional communication encourage collaboration with patients, their families, and other health care professionals.
4. Based on your academic or personal experience, provide a relevant scenario that depicts a health care leader who uses strategies and best practices for managing conflict in ways that inform and encourage a vision of collaboration and communication.
A minimum of the textbook and three other scholarly references from credible sources are required for this assignment. Two of the three sources must be from a peer-reviewed journal published within the past 5 years and must be appropriate for the assignment criteria and health care setting.
