PRINCIPAL TASKS OF LEADERSHIP:
A manager is mainly concerned with setting, objectives and goals, developing plans strategies, policies, etc making job assignments, coordinating and controlling. In his leadership role, his major task is to integrate the individuals and informal groups with the organizations so as to optimize their efforts for the achievement of the enterprises goals.
