In this module, we discussed the proliferation of the Internet and ICTs for sexual purposes that underlines the issue of online sex crimes and some of the issues surrounding each. Primary examples of online sex crimes include the following: child pornography, online solicitation of minors, facilitation of human trafficking, facilitation of prostitution, etc. For this discussion post, I want each of you to do the following: 1) Select and state which online sex crime that you see as the most dangerous; 2) List and discuss a minimum of three reasons as to why your chosen online sex crime is the most dangerous; 3) List and discuss a minimum of two possible ways your chosen online sex crime could be countered by law enforcement (it is okay to think outside of the box). In your two minimum replies to fellow classmates, be sure to state whether you agree/disagree with them and why. Also, feel free to challenge them on their positions, just be respectful about it.
