Part II: Provide an analysis of the topic, recommendations you suggest be undertaken by relevant stakeholders (government, NGOs, industry, media, etc.) Be mindful of considerations such as budget, scope and scale of a response, and overall feasibility of your recommendation. (e.g. if you pick medical literacy, suggesting a $10 billion-dollar public health campaign funded by CDC does not seem too realistic...)
