Present Martha Nussbaum's argument in Women and Human Development that justice requires that we provide people with combined capability rather than functioning. In doing so, be sure to explain the difference between different kinds of capability and functioning, and present Nussbaum's reasoning for claiming that entitlements are to the former rather than the latter.
