Approaches to Leadership
In a slide presentation, show and explain your personal approach to leadership as a leader.
Instructions:
Include your leadership strengths, as well as a self-assessment or critique on your self-concept, and explain how that affects your performance.
Present how you can develop your leadership effectiveness, demonstrated and supported by peer-reviewed research.
Identify one or two public leaders or mentors who have motivated or inspired you. Describe your view of this person(s) as a leader or mentor.
Describe how you would incorporate this approach into your leadership of an organization.
Requirements:
Support your response with research from at least three scholarly sources.
Your presentation must include 8 slides, not counting the required title and reference slides and speaker/lecture notes for each slide.
Your presentation must be formatted according to APA.
