The school board for Cherokee School District has made decision to purchase the 1370 additional Macintosh computers for computer laboratories in all its schools. The school board has directed that these computers should be purchased from some combination of three companies -EduElectronics, McComp and the Macwin based on the past experiencs. In all three cases, the companies charge a discounted variable cost per computer and installation cost and a fixed delivery for these large sales to school districts.
