The rationale of the assignment is to provide knowledge and skills in reflecting on the preparation of the lesson plan and the microteaching session. This will prepare students to become reflective practitioners in the workplace.
Reflective Essay:
In about five hundred words, make a reflection on the lesson planning process and the microteaching session of your lesson. Identify and discuss the issues that the group will encountered in getting the lesson plans ready and during the microteaching session. (You may refer to Gibbs Model)
