Purpose:
To develop presentation skills and professionalism. To provide students with the opportunity to present their project work to a wider audience that includes peers and experts.
Requirements:
Prepare and deliver a presentation covering the work performed in the project. All project members should be in the presentation and present their contribution in the project.
Team introduction and project background
Demonstration of clear understanding of client's requirements
Stakeholder analysis (roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder)
Clear definition of project goals
Feasibility study
Selection of appropriate methodology, tools and standards for the project with justifications backed up by research
Risk, communication and change management
Project timeline with identification of milestones and artefacts in Project II
1. Explain their contribution in the project.
2. Articulate how their contributions fits in overall project outcomes.
3. Justify the hours spend in completing their tasks.
4. Respond to the questions directed to them.
