For a chef, prepare an on boarding and orientation program for new hires in this role.

Using the ADDIE model, develop a training program for the Chef which you will present to the business partners in order to ensure the Chefs are performing at their best and that customers are very happy with the quality/taste of the food. To answer the question, ensure to address the following:

i. Analysis: needs analysis including task analysis since it is a new position

ii. Design: include training objectives, delivery methods, program evaluation

iii. Develop: Identify the content, instructional methods (you do not need to actually create the material; just identify the development plan

iiii. Design: Identify and discuss the training program you will implement (OJT, Apprentice, Informal, Off the job training, Corporate Universities etc.) Choose a minimum of 2 methods and explain why you chose them.

v. Implement: discuss how it will be implemented and using what methods (i.e. online portals/classroom etc.)

vi. Evaluate: how will you evaluate your training program?
