Prepare an analysis of decision-making currently used and the changes that need to be made for organizational success. Include research on one technology method and one analytical method that will help the organization and influence approaches to decision-making. (You may focus on one department or a merger.) Use your knowledge from each week in this class to apply in your slides. Add visuals to keep your audience's attention. Keep the slides uncluttered and add notes not to exceed 250 words.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
