For this assignment, prepare an analysis in which you address the following questions:
1. Describe how data analytics have change the way leaders operate their organization
2. Describe the measures leaders and organizational stakeholders took to prepare the organization for change
3. Explain how an organization might react to the impact in a positive and negative way.
