Assignment: Project Team Leadership Presentation
Prepare a visual presentation for the project sponsor and other executives of the company that describes the team structure for the project.
Submit a 10 to 15 slides presentation with speaker notes for each slide and include the following:
1) The fundamentals of team structure
2) The stage model of team development that will be used
3) The stages in the life cycle of the project
4) The team leadership needed at each stage
5) The roles of the project leader in team management (internal and external)
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
