Bad News Evaluation Memo (500 word minimum)
Prepare a thorough, properly formatted memorandum evaluating the way the manager delivers bad news to his team.
Analyze how effectively he uses each of the components in delivering bad news messages (page 340) including whether you think the format he uses more closely resembles the direct or indirect method.
Elaborate on his overall effectiveness and discuss the things that he could do to be more effective in delivering bad news.
Finally, address how you would feel if you were the recipient of this bad news.
Format your memo consistent with the example in Appendix B, starting on page 561 in the textbook.
