Use the guideline below to conduct an analysis of one organization within the Turks and Caicos Islands. Be guided by the rubric provided. Your PowerPoint is to be submitted prior to your actual presentation; dates to be determined by your Lecturer. Thirty minutes per presentation.
• Identify the firm's existing vision, mission, main strategy and at least three objectives
• Prepare a SWOT, EFE, IFE and CPM matrix.
• Based on what you have found, recommend an alternate strategy that the firm could pursue, and three long term objectives. Ensure to justify your position.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
