Prepare a summary report of the Technical Line from Ernst and Young on discontinued operations. You are to do the following:
• Summarize the report.
• Discuss what your interpretation of strategic shift means and how does this compare to the textbook.
• Review and summarize the first 7 illustrations. What is your opinion on each illustration, and do you feel this is a better presentation.
• Take 2 of the 7 illustrations and prepare the disclosures based on the information provided, and follow the guidelines in the report.
