Prepare a Simple CRM Project
Project Description:
I'm seeking a programmer to do a simple CRM custom for my needs. The libraries that should be used need to be open gpl or sourcer like. I will need the subsequent:
1. admin interface to place db data to pull data from
2. Populate information from the pull data and make it csv/pdf downloadable file
3. Show graphs according to the pull data (it will be sales data)
4. invoice system. Starting from quotation, to accepting to converting to invoice and automatically send out both invoice and quotation. The invoice system will need to have ability to accept PayPal standard and Stripe payment gateway. Get notifications of quotation accepted and when invoice is paid.
5. Ability to place notes, tasks and timer
6. Add staff panel and their abilities
7. Financial process to enter amount paid for work, with date pickers and file upload for invoices paid. it will populate this data and provide visual graphs. It will show amount paid, amount received, pending payment, account balance.

9. user roles
10. Ability to send emails and have smtp capability
Skills required are AJAX, MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture, Script Install
