Part1
Select a company/organization you want to do your personal project for. Look at the slide in Files Mission - Strategy and tell me the Mission, Vision, Objective and Strategy for your company and the your idea for your project. This is your personal project that you will work on by yourself, not the one you are working with your team in the classroom.
I expect a minimum of one page and prefer you make it presentation ready. (make it look good).
Part2
Look at the Scope Template (a worksheet on the Template File) and prepare a Scope Statement including;
Scope Description (very clear)
Product Description (very clear)
5+ Milestones
Rough Order of Magnatude
Key initial personnel
Use the template or create one of your own. One page is fine, more is acceptable, but be very clear. This will be the basis of future assignments.
