Prepare a report in outline form summarizing the Texas State Court System. Highlight local and appellate courts for your home county. You should begin with an introductory paragraph describing the Texas Court System in general.
a. Provide links to the websites of each of the courts with which a paralegal in our area might have contact or do business. (County courts, district courts and appellate courts). Describe the jurisdiction of each of the courts. You will have at least 2 trial courts (probably more depending on your home county), 1 intermediate appellate court, and two courts of last resort.
b. If the particular court does not have a website, locate contact information for that court including Judge, Court Coordinator, telephone number, address, and location of where to file documents with that Court.
