Business Process Reengineering (BRP) Proposal
Identify a problem or opportunity in your workplace that you would like to improve. For example, eliminating wastes is a topic covered under Six Sigma, Environmental Sustainability, and Lean Supply Chain. This concept can be applied in both not for profit and for profit organizations. You may use concepts from as many chapters in the text as are relevant for making your case. Please note, in many cases, you will be responsible for reading chapters in the text that may not be covered in the course.
Prepare a proposal worthy of submission for approval to upper management in your organization.
