There is a problem with running out of resident's medications. The employees' are not watching how low the medications are getting and lettling the medication manager know. When the manager does order the medications, there is not enough time alloted so that the new medications arrived before the old ones run out. This is against state regulations. A facility should never be out of a medication needed by a resident. It has to be on hand at all times. This could be life threatening. Prepare a project proposal of inventory control on medications in this assisted living facility to help correct this issue.
