Prepare a project plan for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Regional Office (Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Pacific) for a selected sub-project within the proposed Utopia Offshore Refugee Solution (Stage 2), including but not limited to:
1. Scope, time, cost and risk baselines, including key performance indicators for ensuring subproject success
2. Detailed planning for each knowledge area, based on the PMBOK® Guide (Edition 5).
