Consider a production/service system of your choice. The system might be one you find in the literature or one you have access to by visiting.
Prepare a presentation in which you will highlight at least FIVE features of the system that have been/could be improved by the application of lean. Prepare a drawing of the system with the before and after analysis.
If the lean implementation has already taken place, highlight the system modifications and the benefits. If the lean implementation is only planned, highlight the sources of waste and indicate how you plan to remedy them using lean principles
